Home screen "On Deck" not updating after watching an episode

I have been finding recently that if I play a TV episode from my “On Deck” area of the Home screen, when the episode completes, the Home screen does not update (it used to update to the next unwatched episode).
If I move off of the “Home” section, and to any other section (such as Watchlist, or one of my libraries) and then return to the “Home” section the “on deck” updates correctly, but not until I do this.

Thank you for reporting, this is currently a known issue I recently opened a ticket for it. I currently don’t have a timeframe for when it will be fixed.

As an alternative workaround to this bug you can select the back button on your remote control after the episode completes. This seems to return the plex app back to the home hub forcing it to refresh and update the CW list. I’ve been doing this since this bug was introduced a number of releases ago.

Hey!

Is that some kind of “internal only” ticket, or is there a public bugzilla somewhere to be able to watch it? I’m having this problem also.

Unfortunately, it is internal only. I will update this thread once I have more information.
