Home screen will not open

So I have had this issue for some time now where I open up Plex on my Hisense TV and the Home page with never open, the little circle just keeps spinning. Now if I go to any other of my libraries they come up just fine but home just spins.

This doesn’t happen every time but when it does it is rather annoying. I have done the normal troubleshooting like restarting my TV and server but I still have the same issue. Works fine on my other computer or running the web app.
