Hi there, I have a Hisense tv and Plex doesnt work on there but it does work on the web. When is this going to be sorted for Hisense? I know there is a problem with Hisense and Plex. The tv came with the app. Thanks.

Hi, it opened once normally when i used it but now it just opens and then goes completely blank. Black screen. I cant log in, nothing
On what particular Hisense model do you experience this (hardware, operating system version)?
Do you have a chance to check out what release of the Plex client is installed on the device (maybe through their app store)?
Its a43A6H. Unfortunately i cant check what version ss the app store doesnt open either. Those tso apps are a problem
If the entire platform is having problems… have you considered resetting the tv?
