Home tab won't load across weband desktop app (Windows)

I reset my password today and afterwards the home tab on my players are just not loading. This is on browser player and Windows desktop player.

I can access my media through the left-hand bar by clicking on the specific folders but my continue watching and other home tab items are not loading.

The only place where the home tab does work is in the Android phone app.

I’ve tried clearing chache, I’ve tried reclaiming the server. Not sure what else to do.
