I have a lifetime Plex Pass subscription. I have 3 additional family members; wife and 2 kids. They each have their own free Plex accounts setup in addition to mine which purchased the Plex Pass. I have a server running in my home that I am the manager of. I have added those 3 additional family members’ accounts to my server as “Home Users”. They have full access to all the libraries and live TV/DVR with the exception of the kids who are restricted to PG-13/TV-14 media and below. We have downloaded the Plex app to their iPhones and iPads and have logged into each of their devices with their own accounts. They can see all the media that is shared with them however they are not being given all the benefits of my overarching Plex Pass. Such as the better media player, etc. When we try and turn on those features it says a Plex Pass is required. Also under each of their accounts it says “Subscriptions: None”. We’ve tried logging in and out again. Deleting and reinstalling the apps again and the same issue persists. We are traveling in the morning and we need to resolve this today. Any guidance as to how we can all benefit as a family from my $120 Plex Pass purchase would be greatly appreciated.
