Server Version#: 1.15 on a DS716+ Synology
Player Version#: all versions on all kind of device : Samsung Tysen, Win 10 , Mac, Android,
Network : cat8 1Gb switched with a Mikrotik 24 ports
Dear all,
Since I installed my Homerun double Tuner in my LAN, it’s impossible to eliminate buffering on all my players when I use PLEX to do that.
it’s a common issue, several people have the same.
I feel something strange in the buffer stack, at least on my screen, coze PLEX server seems waiting the very last moment before reloading its buffer. It shoud be smoother isn’t it ?
My NAS is a DS716+ and there is no issue when I cast a 4K movie on the same devices. In addition, if I watch TV directly with HD HomeRun App all is fine.
Do you know how to eliminate this constant buffering ? I have already triple checked all common issue like unattended conversion in the server and the stream seems original.
