Why is Plex support doing NOTHING about this error. The old thread should be deleted. I'm extremely pissed off with the lack of support. Obviously, you don't care. What a waste of a memebership. Please do your ■■■■■■■ job or tell us you don't support us. How hard is it to do something. This issue happens every few weeks and last weeks at a time. All I do is delete, reinstall and then magically it start working (Sometimes). I've had it with your ■■■■■■ support. It's even worse then shitting because you don't even give ■■■■■■ support. Its ■■■■■■■ rediculas.
Wow, what an incredibly intelligent post. No one is holding a gun to your head, email plexpass@plex.tv and request a refund. Make sure to tell them why so they can be aware. I've said it a few times, if you are unhappy with a company, vote with your wallet and quit giving them you money.
If you signed up for PlexPass just to use the preview apps, you will likely be unhappy. These apps are in development. If you do request a refund, make sure to tell them they need to do a better job marketing their products as what they are. I will agree that this is a sore spot with many, but your outburst here doesn't really help much. With your tone and profanity, it's unlikely many will take you seriously.
Your the support... figure it out and respond to the community who paid for what you call Xbox 360. Feel free to refund all my apps and cancel my membership (with the refund). The worst thing you can do is say nothing when there is obviously a problem. Don't like the truth then don't promote a ■■■■■■ service. Until then, spend your time fixing the issue or at a minimum respond to the error. Novices are responding which is pathetic since we are paying for the service.

I agree way he responds wonder anyone at all would help him one bit and it might not even be plex but his xbox360 that is old and ms is slowly pushing to eol in favor of their xbox one.

Granted they could do a better job explaining that the 360 app is still in "preview" stage and does have issues, but at some point the user has to take some responsibility. Buyer beware, and all that. I was extremely excited to see an xbox 360 app, and so far I've been fairly disappointed with it as it's less usable than my current setup (Media Browser 3 with Media Browser Classic and the 360 as an extender).
I will love it the day I can stop re-encoding all my media so the audio is 2-channel AAC and not in MKV containers, and play it back nicely on the 360. That day will eventually get here, we just have to have some patience. Clearly Mr. Cooper has none.
