Plex media Server cannot find on server

Hi Team, I have used plex media server about 8 months with plex pass, but now I have problems` media server cannot find my pc/server from web page(http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/get-plex-media-server)
I have reinstalled/ tried another account, but nothing helped, what can I do?

Thanks for reply, 1 method does nothing, 2 nd method → you have no access to this server, but when reopened PMS , the same result

  • Check the system date and time. It has to be correct.
  • Reboot your PC (don’t switch off and back on – it’s not the same)
  • Shut down Plex server using its task tray icon.
  • Import this .reg file into the registry (it is just enabling debug logging and resets secure connections to default) debug.zip (350 Bytes)
  • Start Plex server
  • Wait 5 minutes
  • Retry claiming the server using the tool
  • Wait 2 minutes, then shuit down the server again
  • fetch the server logs manually, zip the entire folder, and upload it here
