Is it just me or is this whole Live TV/DVR thing within Plex a complete Hot Mess? is there anyone who has it operating and working with a modicum of reliability? I just can’t seem to get it t a point where its stable and reliable.

Yes it is. The problem for most of us is coming from the app/player end of things. EXTREEMLY slow switching if it plays at all.
