I have the Plex Lifetime Plex Pass which I excitedly bought thinking this would be a great tool for me to use to access my large music collection on the road. I have a 4tb MD My Cloud Home that was working seamlessly for a few months. The last week Plex just stopped being able to connect to my My Cloud Home server. Keep in my I put in 8 literal days worth of work into organizing and labeling all of my music files in Plex. So when Plex stopped connecting to my server (My Cloud Home) I read through many comments in the Plex forums (since there is zero actual technical support offered through Plex) and I came to the conclusion I had to remove the My Cloud Home server from plex. Then reenable it through My Cloud Home, and reconfigure it. Now this worked for about a week. The serious downside was I lost 8 days of work I put into organizing and labeling all of my music files in Plex. However today, plex stopped connecting to my cloud home again. I am not going to remove the server again as I would lose all the work I put into it again. My biggest issue is that Plex has zero technical support. I spent good money and when I need help. The only support Plex offers is these forums, which are not very helpful at all. Plex, I gave you my money, but I need some help. Please offer a way to get real technical support as this is ridiculous.
