I signed to Plex after advertisement of “Plex Cloud” service, because it’s realy nice service and bought “Plex Pass” after Plex give me discount for lifetime “Plex Pass”.
But from time when I signed to time I bought “Plex Pass” time has gone, and now I can’t use “Plex Pass” with “Plex Cloud”, because Plex restricted “Plex Cloud” service and from February 2018 made impossible to add new Plex Pass account to “Plex Cloud”.
Is it possible to add me to “Plex Cloud”, because I am not new plex user, I subscribed to plex long time ago.
This is a not answer to my concrete question to Plex Support!

This your answer about those subscribers who already had “Plex Pass” and allready got access to “Plex Cloud”, but after that disconnect the “sky” from Plex Cloud server or those subscribers who never heard about “Plex Cloud” before.
But I have another story.
I had only long plex subscription registration in Plex (not a Plex Pass) long time after advertising of Plex Cloud!! And I connected to plex because of this wonderful feature “Plex Pass”.
And plex give me discrount in March, 2018 for “Plex Pass” and I accept offer. But unfortunately I doesn’t find Plex Pass, because I new member of “Plex Pass” and old “Plex” user.
If I doesn’t know before that Plex close “Plex Cloud” for new “Plex Pass” members I wouldn’t agree to buy “Plex Pass”.
“I wish I could fly”:))) if support will not so angry! It’s not impossible request to open Plex Cloud for one old user!!

I don’t like notations. I want to ask question to support, but as I understand plex even doesn’t have support system with tickets like everywhere.
Why you simple Plex Pass user answer me to question to support team?
I saw only one man here from support team, but not in this branch.

This chat is public, it is not support it is conference between users where sometimes support people appears and promise something with no direct answer to finish solve the problem.
If support man doesn’t like a question, they don’t answer at all in this branch, they better ask to simple questions from another topics.
I mean: Where is support system with tickets with official unpublic answer for my trouble tickets, where I have number of my ticket and time period to solve it by support?

At current, all of what you ask is known only to Plex and has not been released to users (myself included).

I am not Plex support. In fact I detest the way Plex fails to provide any real support most of the time. But I can give answers from previous behavior of Plex to at least some of your questions:
- Plex is not adding anyone new to Plex Cloud, hence they are VERY unlikely to do as you request but Plex does as Plex wants and maybe the Plex gods will smile on your request and make an exception just for you. All things are possible.
- Plex never ever pre-announces what is going to happen and they never ever give an exact date for anything.

- Also see #2 and note that Plex never ever discusses ongoing fixes or development efforts.
You can continue banging your hear against the solid wall that is Plex support or you can accept what has been said and wait with patience for Plex to actually release what you need.
The one thing that is a positive in all this is:

Plex Cloud wasn’t beta since March 2017 Plex’s cloud media server is now available for all Plex Pass subscribers - The Verge

@Deniska77 Your questions have been answered. It was shut down do to the issues that were being seen in the service and to reassess the service. There is no timeline on when it will come back.
As I said in my first post, if these answers are not to your liking, feel free to contact billing via the support form I linked to make your plea for a refund.

I try to find solution and don’t want to play football game with support!
Again, if it will be a ticket unpublic system it will be more simple to work this support.
Forum also needed for communicate with other users.
I also find some problems with Chromecast and try to ask questions to solve it, employment understand me and promise, but who knows will it be implemented or not in future.
