How add new artist and album manually?

I have broblem add artist Yota and all him albums… scanner not find my hdd files and these files is FLAC files in library. HOW to??

How are your files and folders named?
Do your flac files have embeded meta tags?

Yes this is Yota!.. i have named normally but plex server not find these files.

Sorry, I don’t know what it is when you say “normally”.
Please show a screen shot of the folder and file names.

sample: Yota - Hazy Paradise and tracks like: 01. Hazy Paradise.flac

And is there a folder for the Artist?
It should be like this:

/ Music
   / Yota
      / Hazy Paradise
         01. Hazy Paradise.flac
         02. ...

Look at my screen shot above.
It tells you what kind of meta tags are important in Plex and how to set them.
You can use a multitude of software to do. I tend to recommend mp3tag
