Can you also confirm your SLA (Contractual agreement on fixing errors) with TiVo to fix reported errors, appears to be whenever they can be bothered to look at it, but hope that is not the case?
AFAIK we’re using a few different sources to compare and sanity check. They have been super responsive and we’ve been having daily stand-ups with them for followup and continued conversation). We take this super seriously.
