The sticky for this topic exists with a link to a form. What would be better, is if you got a confirmation that your form submission was received and someone is sending the request up to the EPG provider, and have some kind of tracking of it until closure. I submitted one last week for “THIS TV” in Milwaukee completely missing and haven’t heard a peep. I don’t know to just trust its being worked on, or if the form itself doesn’t function and my submission went into /dev/null or what.
