I created a managed user account for my wife. How can she login to Plex on her Android tablet? I only see way to login as a normal Plex user with an email address and password.
A managed user is using your own account. It is a kind of a sub-account of yours.
So, you login with your credentials, then perform a ‘Switch User’ procedure.
If you want to prevent the managed user to switch back to your main account, set a 4-digit PIN on it.
Don’t forget to activate the client preference ‘Automatic Logon’, so the selected user account is retained when the client is started next time.
With the Plex Web client, you must ensure that the ‘Cookie’ for the domain plex.tv is not deleted upon closing the web browser. Otherwise you have to login again.
I don’t remember the exact steps but yes, you have to log in first with your e-mail and password… Then she should be able to log on with her info when the app is started again… There is a thread here on the forums about it… You’ll have to search for it…
Where is this option in Nvidia Shield TV or other Android TV?
I’ve activated successfully this on iOS and Apple TV, but I can’t found it on my Shield.
Thanks!

According to a developer it is under
/ Settings / Account / Sign in automatically
You get to the settings from the Home page, when you click on your user name, in the upper, right corner
There is no setting in Android TV. This setting exists on iOS/tvOS
It certainly exists in the current software versions of the official Plex client for Android TV.
The question is: are you using recent versions of the Plex client on your Android devices?
Unfortunately I don’t have Android TV devices myself to test.
I only have a FireTV. (on there, it is under Settings - Settings - Account)
So I recommend you to go here and ask in there: https://forums.plex.tv/categories/android-tvs
