how can hide plex movies and shows from my kid’s user? I want him to see only the movies from my server
If they are one of your accounts managed users then under your account go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources change the movies and TV source to “Disabled” or “Disabled for managed users”
if they have a regular account then it needs to change that to disabled when signed into their account.
