How can I make lastfm default

Hi. Having all sorts of issues scanning my music files. However if I select each artist that has not worked within the server and fix incorrect match its trued searching with 'Personal Media Artists'

 

I have to manually pick LastFM where they are usually picked up.

 

I have poked around in agents in the prefs where last FM is, and stuck it to the top, but it ignores this.

 

How can I make it the priority please as I Have 150 artists to manually change otherwise.

You should edit your music section, do "Show Advanced" and choose Last.fm as the agent for the section.  Then, do a deep scan and a metadata refresh.  I would be a little surprised if this doesn't resolve your other issue as well -> http://forums.plexapp.com/index.php/topic/74921-how-can-i-convince-plex-to-work-on-music

That simply does not work.

On the debian server there are two tabs, one 'Personal Media Artists' and one 'Last FM'

These are not one above the other, they are next to each other. The choice to stop using PMA is greyed out it has to be used.

Last FM therefore cannot be bought to bare as the default in any way as its the second tab.

I turned off what I could including home theater backdrops, and then did a new deep scan, no luck.

Every artist I pull up and correct match shows 'Personal Media Artist' as the default I have to click it and choose LastFM

It sounds like you're referring to the Agent settings themselves.  You need to edit the section settings to tell it which agent to use.

What I have done is remove the entire source and re added and it says that its now using Last FM. So lets see how it gets one.

Seems to be working great, yea!

OK one other issue. I have a few albums by artists which I manually fixed. For instance, for some reason it could not detect Yes, Fragile.

I already have an artists folder Yes.

I changed the errent album and artist, but it remains outside of the Yes folder, how do I correct this?
