How can I play iPhone videos?

Hi,

How can I stream videos recorded on an iPhone from my Plex server to my Nvidia Shield?

I understand the iPhone records video in the HEVC format by default but it looks like it’s storing it inside a MOV file container which Plex just doesn’t want to even see.
