How can I put all episodes of the same TV show in one place instead of having so many singles?

Sorry if I’m asking a question that’s been asked and answered. I couldn’t find it. For example I have a folder on my PC with 30 episodes of a show. When Plex updates my library they’re each separate instead of all in one. I’d like to have one poster I click and all episodes are in there to be selected individually. How do I create a folder or whatever it’s called and move all the episodes in it?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Make sure you have your movies and your tv shows (series) stored separately.
Point your movie library only to the storage location where your movies sit.

Create a second library of the type ‘TV Shows’
point it to the storage location with your series.
The series must be named and organised in subfolders in a certain way.

You can make a whole series Plex-compliant very quickly with software like Filebot.

If you are a Plex beginner, I recommend you go though the introductory videos and help articles.

Simply follow the naming and structure standards found here:
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200220687-Naming-Series-Based-TV-Shows

The library also must be a TV show type of library.

OK Thank you for the help. Yes I’m a beginner so I have some reading to do.
