How can I update server libraries from PLEX Client?

Is it possible for a PLEX client, specifically Roku, to force the server to update the media libraries to pick up new content?

Not all at once but hitting the three dots (kebab menu)
on the left of each menu item will bring you to a page to choose to scan that particular library.
