Is there a way to use two different plex provided EPG??? It seems that no matter the number of devices, one can only use the first plex provided EPG configured:
I believe not, but it wouldn’t it cause a lot of issues if the two EPG’s had conflicting information?
Aren’t the EPG’s geographically split so I have to ask if you are able to receive TV from 2 different areas (are you on the border)?
Yes I have one device per country so I’m missing half of the information I’d like to have on plex.
I heard of the trick to open two browser windows and in each of them start the DVR setup with another provider. In the end, this seems to result in two distinct PlexDVR setups.

or run 2 Plex servers each on a separate account on your PC/Mac?

Yes, and you could set it up on the very same machine using two different docker containers (at least I guess so).
