How do I access my Plex Server locally without internet?

Server Version#: 1.22.3.4392-d7c624def
Player Version#: Chrome 90.0.4430.85

Last week I had a huge internet blackout, for 2 days, and being that I only use the internet for video streaming, I don’t have cable TV, I setup my home server to use the Plex Server software and it’s been running quite well for months, it’s even been updates several times, and last week I wanted to play some of the videos I have on my server, on my Android TV, but when I enter the LAN address with this at the end of the IP address, 32400/web it wanted to connect to plex.tv no matter how I tried, because of this, there is literally no way I can use a browser using my LAN IP for the server (https://192.168.0.160:32400/web) to view movies on my plex server, I even tried using the plex media player installed on my home entertainment system, and that too, tried to connect to plex.tv, and came up with an error ‘Unable to connect to plex.tv, please try later’.

What I want to do is to access movies I have on my plex home server without the need for internet access, for such times as an internet blackout,

Wow! That was a lot to follow, when all I needed was:-

Use plex on LAN without internet
