Can i save the plexdata-plexpass folder and just coppy it back after i reinstalled plex to keep all my metadata and vieuwing history ?

freenas 9.10 on a separate jail not using the plugin.
don’t understand jails.
On Linux, backup the /var/lib/plexmediaserver directory in a tar ball (.tar.gz)

no such folder in/var
can you more detailed tell me what i need to save and put back?
is it this folder? \Freenas\plex\usr\local\plexdata-plexpass\Plex Media Server
That looks like it. Everything from Plex Media Server down.
