I have one PMS set up, but how can I add another to switch easily between without having to input a new DNS?

Hmm I am signed into my account but it only shows the server that the PMS is running on, is this not because the DNS is set to the static reservation set for that PMS? What else can I set it to/try?
If both PMS's are on the local network then plexconnect should discover them via plegdm.
Maybe best to provide logs etc as per the Troubleshooting section of the "Read Befroe Posting" sticky thread, so we can help diagnose further.
ALso provide details about the PMS's, IE Local Lan, Remote, SHared etc

They are both logged in using the same myplex log in?
You can go to plex.tv and see if both servers are visible. That would be a good start.
Also check in settings to make sure both servers are actually signed into myplex.
Are both servers using port 32400 by default?
Check these things. Let me know wassup. My brother has four diff servers on the same network. They're all recognized by plexgdm
