How do I delete content of Recording Priority?

It seems that shows that have been recorded or are pending being recorded, stay in the Recording Priority column forever. I have hundreds there, too many to manage by dragging around. How do I delete them?

Click on one and then click cancel recording.

Is there a way to bulk-delete all of them? There are hundreds. And, why does a show stay in the Recording Priority once it has been recorded?

From the web UI no. If you can look through the database you can probably find the records and delete them. That might take you longer than just deleting them manually.

Show stays in the recording schedule in case it is aired again and you have the replace lower resolution and a higher resolution is aired. Could also be a series with multiple seasons, if deleted after recording a season you would need to set it back up when next season started. I am currently trying to fill in episodes of shows/seasons I am missing. I could set it up to record everything but then I am recording episodes I already have so I am setting up recordings of just the episodes I am missing. I have to delete them after they are recorded but deleting several scheduled recordings takes just a few seconds, click the recording, click cancel recording, repeat.

I’ve been looking for the same solution. A way to bulk-delete / select several “expired” listings from the recording priority and remove them.

The only available option is to delete them one at a time and wait for the system to cycle through, before deleting the next expired listing. I am not looking to delete the recordings, just the tv guide listing from the recording priority.

After several years of using plex, the number is in the hundreds.

I have so many random entries in that column after a year and a half that it isn’t even feasible for me to rearrange their priorities anymore. It takes like five minutes to drag anything even close to the top.
An editor just for the scheduling priority would be very nice.
