How do I DISABLE SECURE SERVER in Plex?

Using the LATEST Plex Server (Windows) – I have under server settings SECURE connections set to DISABLE.

BUT… when I try to access my server via the web:

https://app.plex.tv/desktop

I just get this message: Unable to connect to “myservername” securely.

my plex server has the green lock.

What the hell is going on? how do i disable this so others can access it unsecurely. The server works on apps on TV, but just cant access it on other desktop via the web app.

Seriously… whats the point of this SECURE connection setting and giving me the option to disable it if the “green lock” doesnt go away and i cant access it via the web?!

What other setting am I missing?
