How do I disable the choosing of banner artwork instead of poster when the agent scrapes movie metadata?

After adding a new movie and performing a library scan, many times the default artwork chosen is a banner which does not look good in grid display mode on any player. I’d prefer to default to poster artwork. Is there a way to force the banner artwork to be skipped? I realize that it can be manually changed but I have many movies in my library that would need the manual poster change and I’d prefer a way to default to poster artwork after an initial scan.
