How do I disable/turn off all metadata fetching?

I’d like to disable metadata fetching and found the following post which is 4 years old.:

I followed @anon18523487 advice to change the agent to personal media. Problem is that this setting also changes the library category from Movies to Other Videos. Is there any way to prevent that?

Unfortunately not. Using the personal media agent is what defines an ‘Other Videos’ library in Plex.

Just to make sure I understood correctly: So there’s currently no possibility to have a ‘Movies’ library which doesn’t fetch metadata?
