Look at the photo again and read what it says. Does it say the server is down?
Whether you believe it or not, the issue is at the server and you need to contact whomever gave you access to it. That error generally means remote access is not working on the server you are trying to access.
Yeah, I don’t bother to help with people who just created an account 3 hours ago to blast because they have no fundamental understanding of how the app works and think the world caters to them.
