But i dont have a computer, i only use iphone and smart tv. We Got a new internet supplier reecently, thats the only thing that has changed
Plex won’t work without a server. Who owns the server? Needs To restart. That’s how it works.
You don’t have a Plex Pass subscription so what are you paying for? Plex does not supply content like Netflix or Hulu.
It sounds like you are paying some other user for access to their Plex Media Server. If that is true, then that user, whomever they are, is violating our terms of service and may be breaking copyright laws in their country but those laws vary.
Regardless of that, as @SE56 intimated, whomever owns that server needs to either restart it or make sure it is online.
