How do I get media keys to work?

I want to listen to Tidal music through Plex on Windows 10 with my keyboards (logitec G613) media keys working to pause/skip…

I have tried using the windows store app but it does not work with Tidal, I have tried using the web client in chrome but the media keys do not work.

Does anyone know how to get the media keys to with the web client or of another client that works on windows 10 and with Tidal and with media keys?

Try using Plex Media Player, https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app.

If nothing else, it is a much better client than Plex Web or the Windows Store app. PMP direct plays more audio/video codecs than either, so you’ll see less transcoding load on your server.

There’s a support article on creating a custom input map for PMP. It is oriented towards IR/Bluetooth remote controls, but also mentions keyboards.

Thanks @FordGuy61 I did not know that there was a standard windows client. Media keys are now working correctly.
