On the xbox one when the application loads it will only show the folders on the left. It doesn’t show the “on deck”, “recently added” etc. When I open the app on windows 10, it does show all those things. Sometimes rebooting the plex server (windows 2012 r2) will fix it, sometimes rebooting the xbox will fix it. Key word is “sometimes”. How can I permanently solve this issue? It has gotten worse over the last couple weeks.
