I have Plex Pass and have also signed up to Trakt VIP so I can get Plex to scrobble my plays to Trakt via the webhooks, but I’m struggling to get it to scrobble.
I have put the URL from my Trakt Plex scrobbling page into the webhooks but nothing is scrobbled, but I’m guessing it could be because the main account we use is a managed account?
Basically, I use my main Plex account (f1nchy) as an admin account and then we use a managed account for me and my wife, plus my 3 year old, mum and sister also have managed accounts. The reason I have us using a managed account is because I don’t really want to see all the kids TV options under our account, so it made more sense for us to have a managed account with only access to our main shows and movies, out 3 year old only access to her shows and kids movies, etc.
Is there a way to get Plex to send notification (scrobble) of plays to Trakt for when our managed user watches something? Or is it only possible to have the webhooks working for the main Admin account?
