How do I get Remote Access to work when using a VPN?

Hi everyone,

I need some help please. I am having trouble getting remote access to work when my computer is connected to my Norton VPN. I am using a Windows 11 pro computer using Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2.

I have Amazons eero 6+ router and have tried seting up port forward using the eero app but it as soon as it connects it turns back red and says that Remote Access is Not Available Outside my network.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Is split tunneling available in Norton’s VPN?

Hi Willett022, thank you for your reply, I don’t know what split tunneling is but I have googled it and apparently Norton Secure VPN does allow split tunneling.
