<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled> I have a MyCloud NAS and I run Plex on my windows server how do i get the files on the NAS to show up in plex?

Mount the drive(s) of your WD MyCloud in Windows.
Then you can point your libraries to folders on that drive.

Do you mean mount them on the server?

“mounting” is the term used to integrate a drive into your operating system.
In Windows, this commonly results in your drive getting assigned a drive letter, making it accessible to the operating system (e.g. through Explorer).

In Windows Explorer, there should be an option like “Map Network Drive” – see the linked support article from WD on how to map their NAS to a Windows drive.

I know do i mount them on the server or somewhere else?

Please see the article above. The drives need to be accessible to your server, so you’ll need to connect them from the Windows machine hosting the PMS.
