How do I move files from one library to another by genre in bulk please?

Thanks your suggestion I pretty much know about which is basically looking for them in my storage and moving them one by one, but was looking for an easier option.

If only there was an option in Plex to filter by genre like you have above then be able to move from there.

Plex has no functions to move files around. Plex intentionally tries not to touch user files unless absolutely necessary.
