How do I remove the requirement to enter a pin number for a guest of user I have set up? Also can you please add the ability to share playlists with friends or guests. Thank you.
While logged in as the server owner
in the Web app go to
Settings - Users
and click on the green ‘padlock’ icon beside the managed user’s name.
There you can change or remove the PIN.
The green padlock is greyed out so it cannot be opened for reason.
You can only change the PIN for managed users. If the user has a Plex account, they have to change the pin. You can’t do it for them.

Really. I thought the ADMIN could. At lease that was my understanding from this post.

Maybe this is two different things…
It was possible for the admin to change other users pin when Plex home was first introduced, but something was changed along the way and not possible now.
I have a plex account and I am admin both.

As mentioned above. If the user you are trying to change is a regular Plex user, you cannot remove their PIN. The user has to do it themselves.
