I have a new pc and need to remove old media server name from settings.
When I view it on my pc and roku its still pointing to the old server name
How would I remove the old server name?
In your authorized devices listed in your account settings. https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms
on the Roku home page select your user on the left side bar then select Reset Customizations to choose a new server and select the libraries of that server you want pinned on the home screen. (you can always change the pinned items later)
I tried what you suggested but it didn’t work. I found the solution by deleting the server in settings but the delete option didn’t show up in chrome it showed up in firefox.
After that everything was fine.
