I recently changed the main password to my account in order to control who has access to my library. I mistakenly thought the password change would force all managed users to login in again with the new password. This was not the case. Devices with the Plex app that had access prior to the password change still have access without having to login with the new password. I tried removing all devices from the settings menu on the server, but that still didn’t do the trick.
I’m trying to force all managed users on my account to have to login with the new password. Any help is appreciated.
When you change the password via the Plex Web app, there is a checkbox to “Sign out connected devices after password change.”
This setting used to be in the Account Settings page when you accessed it outside the Web app, but for some reason that has changed.

I did that when I changed the password initially, but unfortunately it didn’t work. After reading some other posts, I’m wondering if I logged out of my server and then logged back in with the new password. I don’t think I did, so I’m going to try that when I get home to see if that works. Thanks for your input.
