How do I set up DVR & Live TV on my Samsung TV.

I want to watch and record tv shows from networks like CBS & NBC. How do I set up Plex to do this?

Live TV is not yet available on Samsung.

Simplest terms - Get Plex server, get supported networked TV tuner, configure/setup Plex to talk to supported Tuner, schedule recording - watch later.

Hi all

Just upgraded to plex pass and setup the dvr.

Spent a few hours on this and when using my Samsung tv with the plex app, it doesn’t show the live tv/guide section?

Seems a pointless feature if not supported by the tv, is there any future plans to update the apps to support this feature?

Info on what devices support it can be found here in the FAQ . That will be updated as more Plex players support it.
