I have a Samsung SmartTV and I want to be able to view live TV on it via Plex. I previously used serverwmc for viewing live tv through Plex and have the channel set up, but upon upgrading to a hauppauge wintv-dualhd tuner it is no longer showing up as an available tuner in severwmc. So that’s not working. I also don’t seem to be able to select to view live tv from the Samsung Plex app. The program guide selection is not available. Is there another way I can set up to be able to watch live tv from that location?
I have the same problem, however I setup the ServerWMC plugin and got live tv to work that way. Sadly when I use the DVR via the same plugin it does not have fast forward or rewind…You can’t win… 
I too have two Samsung SmartTVs (KS8500 and J6300 models). I also have HD Homerun Prime set up with my Plex. Anyone know how I can get Live TV on the Plex clients via my Samsung?
Have you tried installing the HDGrandSlam plugin channel?
