I paid the first monthly earlier this morning. When I go to Plex Inside of Amazon Fire I still have nothing showing. So what must I do to have stuff inside my Plex on Amazon Fire? What is the set up procedure? Or am I wasting my time and money?
Plex is a window to the media that you already have. Ideally you should already have a fair selection of DVD backup files or other types of media you’ve gathered together over time.
Having a Plex Pass allows you to use more features of Plex, such as the DVR functionality, which enables you to record over the air signals (through equipment that you need to prepurchase) to your server. In turn, you can play back those recordings on a wide range of Plex clients which will be free for you to use via the Plex Pass.
Having a Plex Pass does not give you access to any new media. It just allows you to do more with what that which you already have.
