How do I use the YouTube Streaming Service?

My Google-fu must really stink.

My goal: watch select YouTube videos as a Plex managed account via a Roku connected to a TV.

I have a Plex Pass.

Are any of the YouTube related streaming services available in PMS capable of accomplishing my goal? If so, how do I go about accomplishing my goal?

That feature does not exist in Plex. If some movie or show is available on youtube we can link to it in some apps but it does not stream from Plex.
