How do you get real Plex support?

I’m going on about 5 days without Plex working. Pretty much have given up. How do I get real support ticket.

Here is the issue I’ve tried a lot of things, since free forum support isnt working I would really like to get Plex fixed, right now my Plex pass is being wasted.

So how do you get support?

I have a sync issue that needs to be fixed. I bought a lifetime pass and if it is not possible for problems to be reported feeling like that was a massive mistake.
