How do you set the transcoding to use the GPU within windows?

I am trying to find detailed instructions from the Plex team how to set the transcoding to use the graphics card?

I don’t think you need to do anything unless you’re running an exotic setup. If you just have plain old vanilla windows and not using a VM then the only thing you need is a plex pass. OH and a capable GPU
