+1 of course ! That sounds like a basic feature… Oh and It would nice to be able to choose a custom cover for the playlist 
The thing that surprises me the most is the total silence regarding this feature from their community/dev staff.

As a PowerShell Fan but still a relative novice at it I would love to see your work on this!
Also as being a Windows Plex user I would definitely get some use out of this!

I guess this answers my question. I’m a +1 for sharing playlists. I don’t want shared users to be able to edit them. Just play them if they like.
I think this thread is being ignored as a feature suggestion as it’s in the wrong area. There is a thread in the Feature Suggestions area where you can vote on which ideas you like.

So this is just if you have your Plex server running on Windows? I have Plex running on a Synology NAS, so I don’t think I can use this unfortunately. Nice work though.
I would be interested in how you do this. (copy playlists from one profile to another) That would completely solve my problem
This has been solved by using WebTools utility. It allows you to share any playlist with any user… I do it for all my users so they have access to all my playlists with corrected viewing orders of movies and tv series’… Just search for WebTools in Plex and get it. VERY simple to use and insanely powerful!!!

+1 for me as well. I have been looking for this feature for a few years now. My use case is that i create movie playlists with themes; ie Heist Movies, Military Movies, Alien Movies, etc. I have about 20+ playlists like this that i would love to share with my friends. I know it can be done via collections, but for me they clutter up my “Movie Library”, whereas playlists keep the organization separate, as it should be IMO. Thanks for all the hard work!
