How do you swap Plex servers from one NAS to another?

I have Plex Server running on a Terramaster F4-210 NAS, and have just bought a Synology DS224+ NAS which also has Plex Server running on it and as it is the more powerful NAS (so will hopefully allow me to play 4K video), I’d like to make the Plex Server on the Synology the main one and just add the films folders on the Terramaster NAS to it, but I’m not sure how I go about this, is it just a case of deleting the Plex app on the Terramaster, then stating fresh on the Synology and adding the folders or do i need to do something else?

Atm both are running and Plex shows both NAS drives but the folder on the Synology won’t scan to add the films I put on it.
