How do you view recordings?

I’m just getting started with Plex DVR and seem to be stuck. Getting a new HDHomeRun Prime setup and integrated with plexmediaserver (CentOS linux server) was pretty simple. All of the channels are seen and I have been able to schedule a recording using the plex web app. What I do not seem to be able to do in Plex is view ANYTHING. Neither the live content or the recording are accessible. I do not have any IOS device nor do I have an Android TV. Clients include WMP on multiple platforms (android mobile, Win10, OSX), native android mobile, and of course the web app. Is there ANY way to view content in plex with one or more of these clients?

DVR recordings are viewed the same as normal content in the library you selected to save them in.

Live TV is only available on iOS and Android mobile. This is viewed from the program guide.

Correction, Live TV is only available on iOS and

Android TV

- NOT Android mobile.

Ah - interesting. In setting up the DVR, I was not given an opportunity to select a library to save content in. I can delete and recreate it but is there a way to check and potentially change that association?

You don’t select a library when configuring the DVR. That step is when you schedule a recording.

But apparently you DO select a DIRECTORY when you configure the DVR and if the directory is not accessible to the plex server… Now that I have a better idea of how this is supposed to work, I should be able to get it to function properly.
