How does Plex Cloud differ from Plex Cloud Sync?

I’m really not sure how Plex Cloud differs from Plex Cloud Sync.

  • Both allow me to upload content (the latter by using “Sync”)
  • Both allow me to power my Plex server off when I don’t need it. (“without the need for an always-on PC” check.)
  • Both use Amazon Cloud Drive for storage.
  • Both allow me to stream media to any device. (Have yet to find one that doesn’t support the “Cloud Sync” “server”)

What am I missing?

Sorry for the noise, all. I promise, I looked and searched before posting my questions! And as soon as I posted, I saw https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/234973/plex-cloud-questions
