Thanks. Decided to move over to Jellyfin. If I am paying for service I would like direct correspondence with the company. I also had much easier time setting up and sharing videos with Jellyfin.

Plex has been ignoring their users since they dropped the “upgrade” on Roku’s UI. I gave up on them and switched to Emby. You made the right move switching services before Plex burned you like it did everyone with Rokus.
